• Orders are not subject to cancellation, substitution or refund after 7 days of initial order.

  • Buyer is responsible to review order. Specifications not noted on sales order will be handled by manufacturer standards.

  • Seller is not responsible for variations in finishes or fabric dye lots, nor variations between different manufacturers or custom stains.

  • Estimated time for delivery is provided by manufacturers' delivery schedules, this may vary from original quote. Delays are not subject to cancellation.

  • Due to busy loading schedules seller can only designate a day and approximate time for delivery, not a specified time.

  • Seller will not move, rearrange or haul away buyer's existing furniture. Deliveries include set up of furniture, but does not include installation of appliances or bedding.

  • Buyer is responsible for measuring doorways, hallways, stairways, etc. Furniture is not subject to cancellation due to being too large or small.

  • Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee at seller’s discretion.

  • All pick-up orders need to be inspected before loading. Seller is not responsible thereafter.

  • Should buyer elect to ship via common carrier, it will be the buyer's responsibility to process any and all claims with freight carrier.

  • Furniture delivered is to be inspected at delivery by customer. Any repairs or alteration needed should be requested in repair field on front of delivery copy.

  • All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee.

  • If any term or condition of this sale conflicts with any law or regulation, such term or condition shall be deemed to be inapplicable to this sale.

  • All clearance items sold as is.

  • All clearance items must be paid in full at time of purchase and pick up or delivery within 7 days.

  • All sales are final.
